Barcelona may be one of my favourite cities in Europe. Barcelona is known for its Las Ramblas street and its unique blend of Catalan culture, distinctive architecture, lively nightlife and trendy, stylish hotels. The city also has Europe's best-preserved Gothic Quarter, as well as amazing architectural works by Gaudi. La Sagrada Familia, considered Gaudi's masterpiece, is still under construction and rumoured to remain under construction for a very long time.
