Kathmandu is the capital city of Nepal. Like any other capital, it is densely populated. It is also considered to be the center and original of Buddha which is showcased by numerous temples built around the city. Unfortunately, Kathmandu was hit by a devastating earthquake in 2015 that destroyed and severely damaged many parts of the city. The city continues to recover from the devastation but its magical charm remains intact.
